The color is deep red with garnet. The nose captures pleasant fruity hints of wild berries such as raspberry and taste are perceived elegant tannins and fresh minerality. Light, velvety and medium persistence. Alcoholic fermentation of the grapes with diraspature and is followed by malolactic fermentation. Mature first in barrels and then in concrete vats. Ages in the bottle for 6 months.
